T-Mobile Customer Service Wins Accolades!

T-mobile Customer Service department has now been officially nominated as the top service providers according to a customer satisfaction survey. T-mobile Customer Service department took the honor after a close competition with Verizon. This new honor of T-Mobile is a reflection of continuous struggle of the company to make advancement in the technology as well as to maintain its quality customer service.

The customer service survey was conducted by a research firm called Vocal Laboratories. The survey was titled 2010 Wireless RetailsSatisfaction Study. The survey ranked T-Mobile first in terms of the sales experience as well as the customer services. The survey used four points to determine the rankings of the telecomm wireless mobile companies. The various parts of the survey included: Sales staff, franchise facilities and display, prices, and promotions.

The top ranking in the customer service survey is a huge achievement for T-Mobile who has been struggling hard against other three major wireless companies in U.S. T-Mobile is trying to catch with the other three leading wireless networks and has introduced several improvements in its technologies. Just recently, T-Mobile announced to take a leap and roll out several new wireless devices as well as expansion in its HSPA+ network.


T-Mobile has made a later move, as its Big 3 competitors have already moved to 4G network implementation but HSPA+ would keep the company competitive in terms of technology. The new technology may even make T-Mobile to surpass its competitors for a short while. T-Mobile’s HSPA+ would allow the company to expand its high speed network to its customers by the end of this year.
